Binding Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Noxa Labs Philippines. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all conditions outlined below.

Use of this website is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Noxa Labs reserves the right to request valid identification and cancel accounts that fail verification.
All products are classified as Analytical Reference Materials for in vitro laboratory research only.
Human consumption, injection, or self-administration
Animal use outside approved research protocols
Medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications
Resale as pharmaceutical or dietary products
Misuse policy: Any communication suggesting intent for human administration (e.g., asking for "dosage" or "injection" advice) will result in immediate account termination and order cancellation without refund.
Noxa Labs provides third-party analytical validation via independent ISO 17025-accredited laboratories for batch identity and purity verification.
- •Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided as technical data for chemical identification and batch consistency
- •COAs do not constitute a safety profile for biological administration
- •Products failing to meet minimum purity threshold (98%+ HPLC) are rejected and never listed
- •Batch codes are verifiable through our Verify Batch tool for full traceability
Noxa Labs accepts GCash (mobile wallet) and USDT (TRC20/ERC20) as payment methods.
- •Users must follow payment instructions provided at checkout, including the unique reference code
- •Including prohibited keywords (e.g., specific compound names) in GCash or memo fields may result in payment rejection
- •All USDT transfers are final once confirmed on the blockchain
- •Orders are processed only after payment verification is complete
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from within the Philippines.
- •Title of goods: Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon handover to the courier
- •Discreet packaging: Orders ship as non-hazardous laboratory reagents in plain, unmarked packaging
- •All sales are final: Due to peptide stability and contamination risk, no returns or refunds are accepted
- •Domestic only: International shipping is not available at this time
Noxa Labs makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the fitness of any product for any purpose beyond in vitro research.
Upon delivery, full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal of all purchased compounds transfers to the buyer.
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Noxa Labs, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the mishandling, misuse, or unintended application of supplied compounds.
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring their research activities comply with local Philippine regulations and institutional oversight.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these terms or from the purchase or use of any product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
