Noxa Labs processes personal data in full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We implement organizational, physical, and technical security measures as required by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Registration Data
Name, email, phone number, and shipping address — used to verify researcher status and manage your account.
Transaction Data
Payment reference numbers (GCash) and transaction hashes (USDT) — used to match and verify payments.
Order History
Products purchased, batch codes, and shipping details — retained for traceability and compliance auditing.
Technical Data
Browser type, IP address, and device info — collected automatically for security monitoring and platform improvement.
We prioritize the privacy of your financial data through secure and localized payment methods.
- •USDT transactions: While blockchain transactions are public, Noxa Labs does not link your wallet address to your identity in any publicly accessible database
- •GCash discretion: We advise users to omit product-specific keywords in payment memos to protect transactional privacy within third-party banking systems
- •No card data stored: Noxa Labs does not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers
- •Encrypted infrastructure: All data is hosted on secure, encrypted servers (Supabase/AWS) with row-level security policies
- •Retention period: Account data is retained while your profile remains active or as required by Philippine tax and auditing law
- •Non-disclosure: Noxa Labs does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or institutional data to third parties for marketing purposes
- •Access controls: Only authorized personnel with a legitimate business need can access personal data
Noxa Labs shares data with third parties only when strictly necessary for operations:
Janoshik Analytical
No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared. COAs are tracked by batch number, not purchaser identity.
Shipping Couriers
Only minimum required info (name, address) is shared with LBC, JRS, GrabExpress, and Lalamove for delivery.
Law Enforcement
Data may be disclosed in response to lawful subpoenas, court orders, or government requests as required by Philippine law.
No Marketing Sales
Your data is never sold to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing platforms.
- •Discreet labeling: All shipments use plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions
- •Minimal courier data: Only recipient name and delivery address are shared with logistics partners
- •No product disclosure: Package contents are described generically as "laboratory reagents" on shipping labels

Noxa Labs reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, operational procedures, or data handling practices.
Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
