Noxa Labs makes no warranties regarding fitness for any purpose beyond in vitro research.
Upon delivery, full responsibility for handling, storage, use, and disposal transfers to the buyer.
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Noxa Labs from all claims arising from misuse of products.

Terms governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Metro Manila courts.
