If you choose to independently verify purity at an accredited lab, keep the original COA and your test report on hand.

If your independent test comes back below the purity on that batch COA, reach out through any channel below within 30 days of delivery.

We issue a full refund for the affected batch and cover the cost of a second independent re-test to confirm the result.
