KLOW — Research Reference
A BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + TB-500 + KPV four-peptide blend studied for combined dermal-repair, wound-closure and anti-inflammatory effects at multiple pathways at once.
What is KLOW?
KLOW is a four-peptide research blend that extends the classical Glow Blend (BPC-157, GHK-Cu, TB-500) with KPV — a tripeptide fragment of α-MSH extensively documented for its anti-inflammatory activity in dermal and gastrointestinal research models. Each component contributes a distinct, well-characterised repair effect: BPC-157 drives angiogenesis and cytoprotection, GHK-Cu drives collagen synthesis and ECM remodelling, TB-500 mobilises cell migration, and KPV dampens the inflammatory cascade that otherwise slows tissue repair. Bundling the four at fixed ratios lets laboratories study a full-stack repair intervention — vascular, matrix, migration, and inflammation — from a single reconstitution. Noxa Labs supplies KLOW strictly as an analytical reference material for in-vitro research and is not a finished topical or therapeutic product. Note: this compound is supplied strictly as an analytical reference material for in vitro research by qualified professionals. It is not a pharmaceutical product, supplement, or substance for human or animal use.
Mechanism in research literature
Each peptide engages a distinct documented pathway. BPC-157 upregulates VEGF/VEGFR2 signalling and nitric-oxide-mediated cytoprotection, promoting new capillary formation and endothelial protection. GHK-Cu binds copper(II) to induce collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis in dermal fibroblasts, modulate matrix metalloproteinase activity for ECM remodelling, and downregulate inflammatory cytokines including TNF-α and IL-6. TB-500 (a Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) binds monomeric G-actin to accelerate actin polymerisation and cell migration into wounded tissue. KPV — Lys-Pro-Val, derived from α-MSH — suppresses NF-κB signalling and inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokine release in immune-cell and epithelial-cell assays. The combined effect described in blend-related dermal and wound-healing research is a repair cascade acting simultaneously at vascular, matrix, cellular-migration and inflammatory levels — the mechanistic rationale for the fixed-ratio blend format.
Documented research applications
Documented research applications for the four components (individually and in combination) span dermal-repair rodent models, dermal-fibroblast and keratinocyte cell culture, in-vitro skin-equivalent systems, wound-healing assays, gastrointestinal inflammation models, ECM-remodelling research, and anti-inflammatory cytokine screening. The KLOW blend is supplied strictly as a research reference material and is not a finished topical, cosmetic, or therapeutic product.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute the lyophilised 80 mg blend with bacteriostatic water per the batch documentation. The blue tint after reconstitution comes from the GHK-Cu component and is expected. Protect the reconstituted solution from light and store at 2–8 °C.
Storage & stability
Store lyophilised at 2–8 °C protected from light. Once reconstituted, hold at 2–8 °C and use within 3–4 weeks per the batch COA.
Availability in the Philippines
Noxa Labs ships KLOW from Metro Manila cold storage. Same-day NCR dispatch on Mon–Fri orders placed before 2 PM PHT. Nationwide delivery in 2–3 business days via Grab Express, Lalamove, LBC, or JRS depending on destination.
